Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manages sub-contractors by locating, evaluating, and selecting sub-contractors, monitoring and controlling performance.
  • Accomplishes construction project results by defining project purpose and scope; calculating resources required; establishing standards and protocols; allocating resources; scheduling and coordinating staff and sub-contractors; evaluating milestone assumptions and conclusions; resolving design problems; evaluating and implementing change orders.
  • Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations.
  • Coordinates with supervisors to establish goals and criteria to be used in performance evaluations for assigned staff.
  • To ensure the works being carried out are as per the latest drawing and ensure the dimension are correctly set by the Surveyors.
  • To coordinate work details in between all disciplines.
  • Coordinate the work of the project with engineering team.
  • Carry out regular site visits to check construction progress to monitor compliance with plan.
  • To ensure the construction drawing issued to contractor are coordinated properly prior to issuance.
  • Ensure workers are using the latest drawing at the work site.
  • To monitor work progress, record, report and ensure work quality as per project requirement.
  • QA/QC monitoring and if mock-up is required, to ensure proper execution of works by the contractor is a necessity to ensure QA/QC can be achieved.
  • Assist to monitor and guide team members’ behaviors during working hours.

Qualification / Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Diploma in Civil or Architectural
  • Expert in AutoCAD works.
  • Strong personality to Supervise a group of Labors / Sub-Contractors on site.
  • Age group between 40 – 45 years.
  • Over 10 years of related experience, with at least 5 years’ of Supervisory experience.
  • Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or related software

  • Experience in the implementation of industry best practices and systems (Saudi building codes), processes and standards related to construction industry.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all Medical equipment requirements with site conditions to ensure all equipment are installed in the correct space and doing the required function.
  • Draw and adjust MEQ drawings on CAD to coordinate the Medical equipment on different drawing of engineering disciplines for coordination and clashes whenever possible.
  • Advice on all MEQ installation, direct the contractor in all aspects related to MEQ installation requirements, take decisions, and provide the best knowledge practice for MEQ installation and other MEP related requirements.

  • Directs biomedical equipment operation by providing equipment operation demonstrations; instructing other healthcare staff in use and care of equipment; answering questions; providing information.
  • Evaluates proposed biomedical equipment by conducting tests and evaluations.
  • Improves biomedical equipment performance by studying machine-patient interaction; conferring with equipment users; developing modifications; collaborating with equipment manufacturers.
  • Prepares biomedical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
  • Maintains safe and healthy working environment by conducting safety tests; recommending and complying with procedures; training and guiding medical and healthcare personnel; complying with codes.

Qualifications:

  • BS in Engineering (Biomedical/Mechanical) and previous experience in medical equipment or healthcare industry, with minimum 10 years’ experience with engineering processes and procedures.
  • Strong background in engineering of electro-mechanical and medical equipment and experience in medical equipment’s maintenance will be an advantage.
  • Documentation Skills, analyzing information, creating a safe, effective environment infection control, training management, lab environment, clinical lab testing, equipment calibration and sterilization.
  • Able to work well within a team-based environment.
  • Manage and produce accurate formal reports in accordance with business timetable

Job Summary:

Undertake moderate supervision, repairing, calibration, and maintenance of medical equipment(s), instrumentations, fixtures, and support system of moderate complexity used in healthcare delivery. Inspect, install, and perform inventory assessments and preventive maintenance of medical equipment. Assist medical and nursing staff in the use and understand the complications of medical equipment. Run and maintain Troubleshooting for different types and modalities of Equipment.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Repair, install, maintain, calibrate, and inspect medical equipment including life support equipment.
  2. Perform preventive maintenance and electrical safety testing of clinical equipment, devices, and systems.
  3. Diagnose and correct system and equipment malfunctions.
  4. Maintaining documentation on new equipment, inspection and equipment repair and failures.
  5. Prepares reports by analyzing, collecting, and recapping trends, information and instructing others in the care and use of equipment, and answering all questions.
  6. Assist with and evaluate third party repair, PPM, and installations.
  7. Provide technical assistance and instruction to personnel regarding equipment operations and maintenance.
  8. Assisting biomedical engineer or manager with in-service educations programs on use of equipment.
  9. Review outcome of preventive maintenance actions and make recommendations to department staff and biomedical senior staff concerning improvements.

Education/ Experience:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Biomedical Engineering/Medical electronics.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in hospital biomedical engineering operations.
  3. Candidate with valid Saudi council for engineer’s membership preferred (in biomedical engineering).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  1. Knowledge of JCIA and CBHAI regulatory requirements.
  2. Knowledge of technical aspects of electronic equipment and its operations, repair, and maintenance.
  3. Knowledge of basic anatomy, medical terminology and physiology as applied to use of biomedical equipment.
  4. Ability to perform preventive maintenance inspections.
  5. Ability to maintain accurate records of repair, calibration, and tests.
  6. Good knowledge of CAD applications is preferable.
  7. Ability to demonstrate strong knowledge of MS-Office applications.

Job Summary:

  • Daily monitoring and recording the Operational load from Metering devices, reporting to Superiors about the Power consumption.
  • Experience with installation and troubleshooting of electrical equipment such as low/medium/high voltage switchgear, transformers, motors, and distribution systems.
  • Knowledge in Preparing/modifying the Electrical drawings, Cable sizing calculation, SLD, sizing breakers, etc.
  • Maintain the critical spare part list for each equipment, arranging quote, raising PR in discussion with Manager & follow up until deliver.

Clinical embryologists are scientists who work in fertility treatment and reproductive research.   • Preferably a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Technology.
  • Certificate must be equalized from the Saudi Council for Medical Specialties. And Saudi Council License is a must.
  • Minimum of at least five (3) years of experience in special In-Vitro Fertilization (IVF) laboratory. Provided that He/she has made independently at least one hundred cycles in his/her unit.
