- Organizing and performing IVF procedures as the IVF Laboratory director
- Performing intrauterine inseminations to improve pregnancy chances
- Performing the lab procedure of Preimplantation Genetic Disease Diagnosis (PGD) used with in vitro fertilization (IVF) to reduce the risk of passing on inherited conditions
- Performing Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI) as an additional part of an IVF treatment cycle
- Managing the process of creating embryos and freezing them
