Scope of Service
- Managing, supervising and following-up on the endotracheal intubation of newborns, chest tube placement, percutaneous central line insertion and umbilical venous and arterial line insertion
- Performing a preoperative evaluation before patient goes into surgery through asking questions about patient history, any previous experience with anesthesia
- Determine the anesthetic plan for the patient’s surgery, including general anesthesia or regional nerve block
- Maintaining the patient safety and well-being throughout the surgery through control and monitoring of vital signs and body functions during operation
- Performing Lumbar Puncture (LP) for the diagnosis or treatment of a particular condition
